"Terrible tenia mi reservacion pagada llegando al lugar me dijieron que mi resrvacion no estaba les mostre mis confirmaciones primero no sabian de quien era la unidad que me habian rentado no esncontraban ala persona encargada de esa unidad cuando me dieron el numero de contacto llame y me dijieron que esa unidad habia sido rentada dias antes de que llo la rentara entonces me dijieron que esa unidad se habia sobrevendido y no me solucionaron nada!!!! "The check in process was VERY smooth. Great communication! The condo complex is not a new one, but it's in good condition. Loved the different pools and the proximity of the beach. The location is VERY convenient. Comfortable beds. We LOVED the Sugar Shack snack bar. This is our third visit to Sugar Beach!"
