"I booked the room late Saturday night and traveled to the hotel. Once I arrived the staff informed me that the hotel was being renovated and that we couldn’t use any of the facility. Also we had to walk around the building to get to our room because the hallways were blocked off. Breakfast was terrible and extremely limited. When I mentioned to the staff that hotel wasn’t worth the price they said they had sent an email out 30 minutes prior to my arrival to warn me of all the renovations. I will...

"Negatives: Definitely shocked that this place is a Hilton. The rooms are falling apart and not very clean. The wallpaper was peeling off in the bathroom and I found a dead roach on the bath mat our 2nd night. Also, this place is stingy disposable supplies. There was no paper towels in the kitchenette and only a few pieces of tissue paper in the tissue box. You can tell the cabinets were poorly painted over but the rest of the kitchen needs updating. "Huge smear of feces on toilet. Hair in the shower. Hair in the sheets - it was very evident sheets were never changed. No signal errors so we couldn’t even turn the TV on. The elevator was unstable with zero signs of certifications of safety and no inspection stickers. Avoid. I’ve stayed in cheaper motels that were so much nicer."

The staff was great and helpful, breakfast was great with a variety of different foods to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying there again."

"Loved my stay at the hotel from the moment I checked in. Staff is professional, friendly and courteous. The room was spacious, clean and sleek. Loved the bathroom, modern, has rain and telephone walk in shower, plush towels and bathrobes. There’s a café downstairs for coffee and some baked goods. I didn’t end up going to the adjoining restaurant. Ovetall, an excellent stay and I would absolutely consider returning here if back in Dallas."
