"Our stay was from Friday-Sunday and pretty uneventful until Sunday. On Sunday morning we went down for breakfast the pancake maker had a sign stating ingredients to make pancakes were out of stock, the yogurt machine was empty and there were no eggs. We were told that they would bring more out however several of the guest waited an extremely long extended time for that to be done long enough that many decided to give up."

"The AC units are preset and locked so the temp in the room never went below 72 degrees. I have health issues and I was uncomfortable and didn't sleep well our entire stay. We asked for our room to be cleaned during our stay, and it was never done. We had to call down to the front desk for more towels (due to housekeeping not cleaning the room as requested). The elevators (both of them) went out of service on our second day there, and we were staying on the 3rd floor, which means we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to our room, which was VERY inconvenient. The lack of overhead lighting in the room is disappointing. For the cost of the weekend stay, we expected a bit more complimentary amenities, such as a minimal breakfast (cereal, fruit, toast) or bottles of water...something. All in all, it was a mediocre stay and we will not be returning."

"I recommend for a low-key hotel, with great service, hot standard breakfast, and clean rooms. My family and I rented a car, and decided to stay here due to proximity to DFW airport & because it was in the middle of the many cities (Plano, Frisco, Downtown Dallas, Fort Worth, etc). We also needed a room with a sofa/trundle bed, and most hotels all around Dallas did not offer this at a reasonable price. Staff always said hello and goodbye with a smile, and the breakfast bar had great options, offering so many oatmeal toppings that aren’t usually offered and delicious muffins. Loved how drip coffee was available in the lobby 24/7! The only downside was there was only one working elevator; the other was broken and did not have to wait too long, but hopefully it’ll be fixed soon! If you prioritize being central to downtown Dallas or having a hotel with more amenities and extra bells & whistles, may not be the hotel for you. Overall, I personally would stay here again for a quick trip to the area!!!"
