"This isn't our first time here: We've consistently had problems getting our luggage to the front of the hotel – and the staff just shrugs. At these prices and with such poor service, you'd expect at least a bit more friendliness. And you have to pay an extra 25 pounds per day for room cleaning. Awful! Otherwise: good location, good room amenities, spacious rooms. But: Give your staff some training in friendliness!"

"Absolutely gem, the superior room is super spacious with an incredibly comfy big bed, beautiful bedding with sumptuous linens, high-quality pillows and duvet. I’m always dubious when rooms are called soundproof but this really was. We were in the first floor and it was silent - a miracle in central London! "Wir hatten ein Apartment mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 4 Bädern und einer Wohnküche. Diese war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück war auch völlig ok. Die Zimmer / Wohnung hätte etwas besser geputzt sein können. Aber insgesamt waren wir zufrieden."
