"Clean rooms, common areas also spotless. Any interaction with staff member was always positive. Only 2 negative issues were the breakfast buffet ran out of a couple of items both mornings that we stayed. Also the A/C never seemed to effectively cool the room. Actual room temp was 24°C even though i had it set to the lowest possible setting (16°C) Wouldn't like to be staying in that room during a heatwave! Room no. 721"

I loved the convenience of controlling everything with an iPad, which added a touch of luxury to my visit. The staff truly stood out; they were not only friendly but also exceptionally knowledgeable. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining options were spot on and enhanced my stay. I wish I could recall the name of the young man who assisted me—I'm certain it starts with an "S"—as he provided outstanding service that truly made my experience memorable."

"Great rooms that are a very generous size compared to some others. I stay here often, location is perfect for anywhere in London due to the proximity to Liverpool Street Station and other tube stations"

"Yotel was a good choice for us to explore London. It is close to the tube and is right on one of the bus lines. The room was a bit small but very nice with a great heater/ac and a very comfortable bed. It was also very quiet. The shower was one of the best we had on our long stay in the UK. The toilet was okay but could use some better ventilation. "
