"室内は狭いが、駅から近くて、ホテルが新しく、機能的で、ベッドも快適でとても良いホテルでした。日本では、伝統的なホテルよりも、高級系のビジネスホテルが好まれていて、海外でも別に部屋の広さにはこだわらないので、清潔で良いホテルがないかなと思っていたら、まさに条件に当てはまるのがこのホテルでした。 改善点としては、アコー系列の割には、朝食をもう少し改善したほうがいいと思いますが、飽きたら、近隣にカフェやホーカーもあるので、これも許容範囲です。 日本人のビジネス旅行客は、このホテルのメインターゲットだと思います。彼らは部屋の狭さは気にならず、清潔さや、利便性、機能面を重視するので、ぜひ日本向けにもっとアピールしてほしいです。"

"The rooms/suite were great size and clean. The hallways need more attention specially carpet cleaning. Hands down to the wonderful staff specially the managers Rafael and Diana! We felt so welcome and felt like home. The staff were all very respectful, helpful and very much accommodating. We would stay in this hotel again when we are in Singapore."

"アクセス良好、ラッフルズホテルの真隣です。近くのMRT駅シティホールからも徒歩５分少々。建物は古く、エレベーターもそんな古い趣ですが、部屋は清潔で十分です。デスクもあり作業しやすく、観光に出るのもいい場所です。 想定外だったのが屋上プールとその横のルーフトップバー（といっても7階）。シンガポールでは多く見られない低め階層からのかなり気持ちのいい風景。隣のラッフルズホテルが低層階の建物のため、かなり抜け感があっていい。17-19時は宿泊者は１杯ありつけるそうで、私は仕事で無理だったけど気持ちがいいだろうなと思います。"
