I booked this for my parents and booked a king room and they were placed in a room that was in between the lobby elevator and the gym so they were surrounded by constant noise which made it challenging for them to sleep. They asked for their room to be switched and staff told them they would have to pay for another room. Ultimately they had to keep the tv on all night to drown out the noise of the gym and elevator use. "

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and both the shower and the air conditioning were not working properly. To make matters worse, the guest laundry was a mess—only one machine was functioning. When we brought these issues to the staff’s attention, the receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. I do not recommend staying here until they improve their facilities and customer service."
