Upon check front desk was not able to generate a room key. Clerk, was very apologetic and personally took us to our room. Room was cold so we turned up the heat. After being out for several hours we arrived back and met a very friendly, courteous and helpful Elian. She handed us our keys and apologized again. We got to our room only to find it still cold. Going back to the desk Elian said its a known problem. She apologized again and switched our room and made sure everything was working. She is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 2 or 3! A big thanks go to the kitchen staff who had to relocate morning breakfasts as the lobby/eating area is being refurbished.
