"The rooms are super clean and nice. Staff is very friendly. There aren’t many amenities if that’s the kind of thing you’re looking for, but it’s everything you need for a nice, affordable stay downtown. Location is great as it’s in Little Italy and close to all the SoHo shopping and restaurants. We were able to walk just about everywhere and it was super convenient. Highly recommend! "

"Clean rooms with high quality finishes and amazing views! We had a corner room on the 11th floor (no balcony) and the view was amazing. The street is bustling in the morning with coffee shops and at night with bars. Tons of amazing food nearby. We loved the open air cafe and beautiful sitting area in the lobby. "The staff were very friendly when I checked in and throughout my entire stay! The valet was convenient, much easier than trying to find parking elsewhere. There was no in-and-out for the valet while I was there, but it’s the city, a million things are in walking distance; so, if you don’t mind that, it really is wonderful place to stay. "Staff was great, location is very convenient to Subway and shopping. My only complaint was the elevators weren’t working the first day were there. The staff had to operate manually and it took very long to get up to the 36th floor. Would stay again as long as the elevators are working. "
