"Clean beautiful room"

"Only flaw was that pool was under construction.. neighbouring hotel gave us access but the majority of the chairs were in deplorable condition… loungers ripped etc Only 2 cabanas were available and in decent shape… all the other chairs and tables were broken "

"It was sup par didn't eat the breakfast went somewhere else. The pool was only open from 8am to 6pm witch sucked. "

"I hardly ever give reviews, but this place was so bad I feel I must say something. Traveling for 25 years in 4 star hotels, service was horrible at front desk. Ask about a restaurant right around the corner, and lady said she has been there 10 years and never heard of it. It’s Ozzie’s and it was great. No room service, no one asked about our stay or greeted us or said thank you in checking out. Spend your hard earned dollars somewhere else like the Westin! "

"Excellent location with it being right in bourbon st . We could walk to almost everything we wanted to do! Staff of the hotel were very friendly, warm and helpful . They were the best part about the hotel. However , the hotel is outdated in many ways . Tv has no streaming services like most other hotels do . Our room wasn’t vacuumed when we arrived , mirrors were all dirty , and there was a lot of visible signs of the hotel just being old and dated . However , the lobby was beautiful. Also ,...
