"Elevator is broken everywhere credit card machines that don’t work light switches that are inconsistently functioning. Rooms that don’t get cleaned until after 6 PM if they’re cleaned at all. Staff that blames everything on the fact that it was a property that was taken over by Marriott Staff that complains about systems that were moved over and upgraded from Marriott that are causing problems Just one problem after another if you want to be annoyed, spend 20 minutes waiting for an elevator...

"Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Hotel was beautiful, clean, excellent location to dining and shopping, and had dedicated parking."

"Clean and spacious room. Very convenient location, near to shops, restaurants, and transport. The washing machines and dryers were great for long stay, easy to use and clean. Super helpful and friendly staff. The only minor problems were that the aircon fan was very loud, luckily the days were not hot for my stay, just turn it off to sleep, and they have no easy to use printing service. To print something, you need to email the docs to the staff and wait for them to print them."

"I felt like valet staff was not polite. When I went into the lobby to check in a staff was helping someone else however the other staff was just standing there did not even bother to greet us. Once we got checked in and went into our room the room was decent however, the bathroom was not clean at all. The toilet was extremely dirty. It seemed like it was not cleaned."

"The pool area was nice, no towels, but that was corrected. Every front desk person that I encountered were indifferent. Didn't seem to be motivated to do anything beyond the basics."
