"The service at this hotel is so lovely that it makes it hard to think about staying anywhere else. The rooms are very good, and the hotel is well located but the service makes it outstanding."

"The staff are really nice and friendly, but the service itself is inconsistent; sometimes the staff fail to respond to requests. The rooms are good size but not spacious with issues in the design, such as window not opening because it’s blocked by curtain rail, or if you open closet door it blocks bathroom entrance, pound sound from aircon, etc. Most rooms have a terrible view, with some you cannot even open the curtain, such as room on ground floor with window overlooking hotel restaurant!...

"I have stayed at this hotel close to 20 times. As I checked in I was told I was upgraded. The room however was smaller than I have ever been in at this hotel before. I very much doubt I was upgraded. Very disappointing."

"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"A nice clean hotel. The room was small and had no drawers to put clothes. You had to live out of your suitcase sitting on the floor. Good central location to many of the historical sites."
