"聞きしに勝るホスピタリティに感動しました。ハレクラニは初めてのステイでした。また訪れたいです。 1つ残念に思ったことがありました。水が美味しいことで、ビールも美味しいのだと思っていましたが、部屋のお水があまり美味しくなかったです。なぜなのか、とても疑問に思いました。 ともあれ、とても寛げました。 ありがとうございました"

Breakfast was very unsatisfying however the restaurant called Eggs & Things is only two doors down. Overall stay was 4.5 star"

"The property was modern great location close to everything but the pools were small the adult pool almost never had seats since it is so small the service at the family pool was really poor the housekeeping staff also was not great for a ritz property the worst was a he mattress hard as a rock we called to have a topper put on and they brought a mattress pad instead worst back ache ever not the quality of a ritz property with these nightly fees"

"The apartment was great. It was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 teen. The full kitchen was great and has everything we needed to cook meals. It was very neat and clean and even had all the small stuff I forgot like shampoo and body wash. Danielle was great and responded to my texts swiftly. "The property has a lovely entrance with fountains and open air lobby that gives you the tropical vibe of Hawaii. However, this particular hotel is in need of some updating. The entire unit we booked need updating/remodeling. The balconies needed some work also, really rusty and dirty looking on the railing. The restaurant was AMAZING.
