"We had an excellent stay at The Townhouse, could not ask for a better location, all the staff were wonderful, excellent to talk with and could not help you enough, especially Joe (The jack of all trades), he is a tremendous asset to the hotel. The unexpected bonus was the 20% discount off our food price for dinner as staying quests, with the meals of excellent quality. We would definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Stratford-Upon-Avon, which is also a beautiful place to visit."

"Absolute disgrace of a place. Myself, my mum and my two children booked here for two nights. The fold out bed was apparently for two people. There’s no way.
