"We stayed at the Hotel Du Vin on our wedding night. We checked in online which was a very quick and simple process. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a suitcase which we wanted to take to the hotel prior to checking in. This was absolutely no problem and as our room was ready, we were able to take the case to our room far in advance of normal check in time. "We have stayed many times over the years. The hotel is very central - a very short walk to the river, shops, and other sights in Stratford. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff friendly. Decor has been “touched up” after our last stay - but still some maintenance issues: a light not working in the bathroom and curtains coming off the rail. "Great experience "

"Enjoyed the hot tub. Delicious full English breakfast 200 yards away at the Burnside Hotel. Great choice of food at the village pub, The Belll. Arrived at check in time of 4pm and had to call the number to get owner to let us into room. Hard to get shower colder, owner let us use upstairs bathroom meant for another (vacant) room instead. Very clean and well kept property. "

"Very convenient in the middle of Stratford Upon Avon. 10min easy walk from train station. Friendly staff. Comfy room and bed. Stairs are steep so if you have mobility restrictions could be a little awkward but not many steps and I had no issue with it. Some noise in the morning around 7.30am with keg delivery for the pub downstairs which woke me but if you're an early riser that wouldn't be an issue and was niyand peaceful the rest of the time. Overall an excellent stay and I'll be back!"
