"For my first time visiting in Kentucky, I’m glad I picked to stay at Regina’s Country Living. Hostess : Top notch hospitality; Regina looked out for everyone who stayed for the Kentucky Derby event like a mother. Our breakfast was homemade each morning, and it definitely brought back memories with of my grandma for Sunday and Christmas breakfast specials. Room/Home : Regina’s home had so much old southern world charm that had it not been so cool outside, that drinking a Mint Julep on the porch...

"The building was very old and run down. Carpet and floors dirty when you walked in to check in. Front desk guy was friendly. We were given one key and took the elevator that made noise as the door closed up to our floor. Our room was run down, old, and noisy air conditioner unit, toilet that hardly flushed, and got plugged and when my husband went down to tell them, they handed him a plunger. Unreal. The only good thing I’ll say is that the bedding- sheets and blankets were clean. "

"Breakfast was good. Check in was awful they didn’t check us in around 3pm when they said they would. They didn’t have any clean towels the front desk said they are still in the dryer I don’t know when they will be done. The sink and bathtub clogged the entire time. They also charged us another $115 for no reason. "

"We stayed for 4 days for Mother’s Day weekend and we loved this hotel! Staff very friendly and welcoming as we checked in and out! Loved the room, the only drawback was the pillows, they were to soft and flimsy.. but all in all we really enjoyed our stay and will be back again soon!"

"I had a terrific stay and the staff were super friendly and helpful. But when I woke up with mysterious bites all over me, I did my research. I have several videos and pictures of the copious amounts of bed bugs in my sheets. I brought it to management attention and again were super helpful. However, after staying several nights before the discovery, we were only compensated for ONE! So beyond furious! Just do better people. That is all."
