"We arrived late. Front desk was efficient but not very friendly. Almost missed breakfast as we didn’t know it ended at 9. Bed was firm. Very clean."

"There was no clock in the room. Bath towels were very thin and sized more for children."

They obviously never clean it. When I booked the room online, it said it was a two star room. That’s being generous. Cheap room, you get what you pay for…."

"Excellent! Just one word, excellent! The staff, Sammy the Manager and Jacqueline the bartender, were beyond friendly and accommodating. Felt like we were visiting with friends. The facility is so nice. Clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well stocked. Breakfast was fantastic! They served REAL bacon! Most of the time it's just sausage patties but Residence Inn does REAL bacon! YUM! The only negative I have to say is that there is not an awning at the front door so if it's raining,...

"Bedbugs were found in the room. I have pictures and videos of them after being accused of bringing them. There are bedbug carcasses in the bed frame. I have never been more disrespected by a hotel chain in my life. Do not stay here! They will not accommodate anything!!"
