"The front desk staff (I dealt with Paul mostly) were absolutely lovely. Very friendly and personable. They remembered me as I walked through the lobby at various points.
Our check in was late because our room wasn't quite ready yet (it happens) and I don't think the AC was working in our room which made for a semi uncomfortable night but otherwise our stay was great."

"Excellent place to stay if you are on vacation as it is in Old Town and very close to downtown Toronto. Very nice and helpful staff. The AC was broken in the lobby during our stay and they were wait for parts from Japan to fix so it was warm and humid during breakfast but overall I would recommend."
