This was a gorgeous room, definitely better than a hotel. Waking up to the Toronto sunrise 56 floors above Toronto was amazing. The view was to die for!

It was the best. The place was nice and clean. Has a good view. I love the natural light. The location was great. It was close to a lot of things. Few mins walk to harbour area, CN tower, Aquarium, Stadiums, stores. Over all, I love our stay 🙃

Customer service was excellent. This apartment sleeps two people only. The listing says three people but the futon meant for the third person has a metal bar running through the middle. Our son was extremely uncomfortable. Room was clean but there was black hair on the floor when we arrived. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night on our first night. We had to walk 34 flights down. Very noisy but that’s to be expected on York Street. I would not stay here again.

The unit was an ideal size for two people, and the bed sheets were clean. However, the overall condition of the unit was disappointing. It was quite rundown and could have been much cleaner. Several maintenance issues were noticeable, including broken hallway doors, a refrigerator that would not close properly, and a broken microwave shelf. The carpets, couches, and chairs were also visibly dirty. The price was reasonable for what was offered, but the poor cleanliness and maintenance significantly affected the overall experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this accommodation.

The person by the name James C, I am not sure if he lied about his name and I am not sure about his role, but he claim to be a manager which i highly doubt from the way he talks and eager to fight over the phone. The property and the workers are a bunch of lairs and choose to fight with customers wherever they are hiding because they do not have any reception desk. Zero understanding of customer service or relations. It was the worst experience

The apartment was completely different from what was shown in the website photos. It was old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The terrible curtains could not close completely because of the sliding door between the bedroom and living room. At night, outside light reflected off the wardrobe mirror directly into my eyes while I was lying in bed, making it impossible to sleep. I tried to close the sliding door to block the light, but the door was barely hanging in place on one side and seemed ready to fall off. There was dark, accumulated dust in every corner, and the paint was peeling around the doorway to the bathroom. Even the clothes hangers were worn out and in very poor condition. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. On top of that, I was required to submit my ID and pay a security deposit plus a damage deposit before check-in. Otherwise, I would not be allowed access to the apartment. Given the poor condition of the property, especially the broken sliding door, I found the damage deposit particularly concerning. I had booked the apartment for two nights, but the conditions were so unacceptable that I could not stay for the second night. I checked out and requested a refund for the unused night, only to be told that the booking was non-refundable. I contacted Expedia.com customer service by phone and sent numerous photos showing the actual condition of the apartment. Despite providing this evidence, the customer service agent did nothing to help.

Absolutely loved this place and would totally book it again. We stayed for two nights and could not have asked for a better location and accommodations. It’s a studio apartment and perfect for two people or a couple with kids as the couch pulls out. The place is clean and the view of the CN tower is gorgeous. It’s walking distance to everything you would need to do in Toronto and delicious restaurants close by like Taverna . Can’t wait to come back!!
