She even went outside to help move cars so we could park directly in front of the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and well furnished. We'll definitely be coming back!"

"Used as a base for 2 nights whilst stopping over in DC before going to a wedding. Apartment was clean, comfortable and met all our needs. Check in was fine and the ability to leave our luggage in the post room the day of departure was very much appreciated. The host provided detailed instructions and checked we had arrived safely following a long flight from the UK. Hotel standard toiletries were provided along with some clothes and dishwashing tablets. Lots of restaurants, Wholefood...

"Excellent hotel, very nice/helpful/considerate staff, location is very convenient to several of the DC main sights, restaurants in the area, two-minute walk to the metro station which also is just across CVS - it was a perfect stay! There's a construction going on but with all the other positive stuff mentioned, it was not a bother at all. Can't wait to go back! Thanks everyone for making our trip pleasant and wonderfully memorable!"

"I genuinely enjoyed the room and view but the service, top notch. I needed an iron, brand new one provided. I needed suggestions for parking, multiple given. The staff were funny and I enjoyed talking to the ladies and young man in the office. I stayed in 623 and would have no problem coming back for ANOTHER great visit. "

"This is the second time we stayed at the Thompson Washington D.C. We really appreciated the staff and everyone was friendly. Monique provided immediate assistance in fixing our safe and addressing another small issue. The breakfast was excellent and Allan, Lulu, and Andrew were extremely friendly and a great way to start the day with their greeting. The location is excellent and close to the metro or within walking distance if you choose. We will definitely return again when in DC!"
