"The hotel location is fantastic and the stash are generally very helpful and courteous. My reason for a three star rating was based on personal issues like bed and pillow comfort and noise levels between rooms. The mattress being too soft for my back; and the pillows being too thick for my comfort level. Also the quality of breakfast foods, especially the eggs, in my opinion is substandard. The eggs fell and taste heavily processed. Overall however I think the hotel offers reasonable value and the location makes it's good choice for people seeking a fun bay/harbor experience."

"microwave in every floor of the building would be convenient for guest to warm food not going all the way down the main lobby carrying back aroma of the food up in the elevator with incoming guest situating in their rooms"

"Room was okay, bathroom (toilet and shower) was very small and compact. No AC or climate in the room. We had a room facing the street, and there was a lot of street noise that kept waking me up. I know most of these things are out of the hotels control but I thought others should be aware. I didn’t expect much for SF so I will say the stay was okay."

"Worst stay of our lives. Room was much smaller than the photos and dusty enough that my friend had severe allergies the whole trip even on prescription antihistamines, which was made worse every time the AC turned on. Breakfast was limited. Area feels unsafe even in daylight. The only positive we can say is that the cleaning staff were kind. The worst was how the manager treated us. We repeatedly received contradictory info from the front desk and weren’t able to get a straightforward cost breakdown. came to the desk asking for clarification on charges that didn’t match check-in, and he was hostile. He spoke over us, belittled us, kept deflecting us to Expedia instead of actually answering, and when we pointed out his behavior he escalated, told us to ‘go back to school,’ and implied we were stupid. It genuinely made us feel awful, and we hope no one else experiences the way we were spoken to. Do not book here!!"

"It was affordable, clean, clothes to shopping, Theater, and events. Closed to the Oracle Park. The Staff were friendly and kind."

"Staff was helpful, room was clean, room was close by the elevators and was quite noisy. At first I thought they were remodeling another room and using power tools. The as it got later and the noise continued that I realized it must be the elevator equipment. Also they are not completely transparent on parking charges say $52 per nite which is already pretty expensive.then add on extra fees and taxes what thought would be 104 for two nights ended up being 148 ."
