"The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms and the amenities were plentiful."

And the man at the desk told us the elevator was out, we would have to take the stairs, our room would be on the 3rd floor, it only had three floors(By the way I take breathing treatments). Didn't give us any money back or ask if we would like different accommodations for the elevator being out, just told us to use the back door, & other...

"Very cozy and felt homey. Staff was super helpful and everything was clean and tidy. Parking was convenient and everything was stocked well. Excellent stay."

"We were staying with our pet and the room that gave us was smelling awful. It was smelling like mold and the bathroom was smelling urine. Then they changed our room and told us that the dogs would cause the smell in the room. The new room was not smelly but it was not clean. The whole room was dusty, there were drinks from previous guests in the fridge. The floors were stained in the bathroom etc.. I do not understand why they think people who travel with their pet do not deserve sanitary...
