Hot tub and pool were not posted as being closed on Expedia. That was an actually reason to stay there. My room cleanliness was fine, no complaints. Property is a little beat up. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Fix the Coke machine, thats a must!

Room was not clean, smoke detector no battery, shower handle was not functioning properly, splatter on the walls, fridge was not cold even after turning it up. Sheets and towls clean and smell was good but comforter had obvious stains. Pool and hot tub was closed nothing posted on website while booking. Staff was excellent!

We booked a jacuzzi room for an extended Valentine’s weekend. The room was clean, comfortable bed, and as pictured. The staff was nice & helpful. Our only complaint is that we were wanting to enjoy the pool. It was shut down for a complete renovation. We wouldnt hesitate to wtay again.

Also the pool and hot tub are both out of order at the time which was disappointing bc it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. The room was a little bit dated and could have used some repairs, but it was immaculately clean and I can't ask for anything more than that. The room and hotel itself were very quiet. Both of the nights I stayed there as well. Check in and check out. We're fast, easy and painless.

It was a great room. Very clean. The carpet in the hallway had a crack in it where two different kinds of carpet met. It stated there was a pool and hot tub on Expedia i did not see where they were not working. I was a little disappointed.

One of the Best Stays in New Buffalo! We had a fantastic experience at the Baymont in New Buffalo, MI. The staff went above and beyond—super friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. What really stood out was the pool and jacuzzi—hands down the nicest in the area. Clean, relaxing, and perfect after a long day. This property was no frills, great location to the town of new Buffalo and Four Winds Casino. It was slightly outdated. In fact, it was pretty outdated, but it was clean, the rooms were large, the staff was super nice and it did the trick.! I would stay there again!

The room seemed clean but had a smell nome of us enjoyed. The tile was missing from the counter top in the bathroom. And the pool and spa were down for maintenance. They did let us drive next door to the quality inn and swim but the hot tub was dirty and had grime on the walls and i saw green, what i assume was fungi, in the bubbles of the hot tub. The breakfast was not very good i know its free but conpared to other free breakfasts there was less options and the quality just wasnt as good. They did allow a free late check out time at 1 pm which was convenient but i wouldnt recommend.

There was dust on the lamps, spoiled milk in the fridge for breakfast, the soda machines did not work and housekeeping barged in when we had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I also had to clean a big wad of black hair off of the side of the shower wall. The pool looked nice.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. A close drive to Warren dunes, I’d say this is an okay hotel for that if you aren’t planning on staying very long. The breakfast was not good, somehow the scrambled eggs were bad(to salty and a weird texture), the only good thing there was the self serve waffles. We didn’t get to try the pool or anything, but it looked pretty okay. We noticed the bed sheets were stained a bit, that was pretty gross actually.

Manager and older gentleman who helped with cleaning and breakfast room were very nice and helpful. Some of the ladies at the front desk were short and even rude. Had issues with some of our families room keys which were replaced but we had to go get them and they were not apologetic about the situation. The room was clean and the cleaning lady was kind and good. Hotel could use updating. Overall we had a ok visit there but would probably try another hotel when we return there.
