"Spectacular! We loved our room. Exceptional service and we also loved the coffee at the end of the hall until 9am. It was lovely to have a lazy coffee in our huge comfy bed!"

"Helpful staff. Though we had noted in Expedia that it was our anniversary, they didn't get the message. Call them directly. Upon notification, they brought us sparkling wine. Answers all request with a smile and promptly. We were given a room on the second floor, which did not have the card security as the higher floors. Upon request, after one night they moved us to 5th floor. rooms were very clean, large TV, clean well kept bathroom. Comfortable bed. Excellent location. Good room service....

"The best thing about Sylvia is the location. It is on the sea wall path that circumnavigates Stanley Park to the west and Granville Island to the east an points beyond. Close to Denman Street which has a ton of ethnic restaurants. It is in a quiet but happening neighborhood. Sylvia's restaurant has a full menu. The Benedicts were perfect, the Honey Granola Parfait Bowl was wonderful. It is an older hotel so the rooms are larger and have lots of windows, which is great if you have a sea view....

"Staying at the Helm's Inn has possibly ruined it for other hotels and I will miss many of the features that Helm's has that most don't. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate with so many great features like blinds, blackout curtains, a kitchenette with everything we needed for a relaxing morning to have breakfast in our room. My mom loved the bed so much and slept so well she joked about taking mattress home. And the location is amazing! So close to many things...

Excellent location right next to the water and walking distance to the inner harbor! The cafe in the entrance was phenomenal with great iced Americanos and tasty sandwiches and salads. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again!"

"The Parkside lobby is spectacular with high ceilings, glass walls, coy fish pond (they provide food so you can feed), ample seating to enjoy the lobby, a Resturant. The pool is large enough to do laps. We stayed in a 6th floor one bedroom facing the city (it was loud), the unit was extremely clean, comfortable, well maintained, eco friendly (provide eco cleaning products, recycling/ compost), unit had laundry machine (they supplied pods), bedroom was large, comfortable king sized bed, closet,...
