"From Mr. Franklin gtreeting us at the front door and pushing our luggage cart up to check-in because one of the wheels was warped and wobbling to Eric at the front desk so was externally personable. This was my first stay at an AC pellets but if this is the level of hospitality that I'm going to get every time, I'll definitely be back sooner them"

This is the only hotel where we order room service. The food is always delicious and arrives at our door quickly with everything that we need.
