"There appeared to be mold-like growth underneath the cushions of the sleeper sofa. The floors were dirty, and the room was generally unkempt. We were told that housekeeping would come to address our concerns. Later, my husband encountered a woman outside our room and asked if she was with housekeeping. She stated that she did not speak English. Shortly afterward, a front desk employee came to our room to check on the status of the cleaning because housekeeping had reported that they had checked...

"I liked the area and staff was great for the stay. The breakfast could have been better only had scrambled eggs one day no omelettes at all. A little let down on that and no bacon. The room was nice but pullout couch was very bad not enough padding and felt bars in pullout for quest which was awful and paid extra for suite do let down on that. Staff was great but could not fix bed and wanted that extra tv for guest."

"I liked the willingness of the staff. They were very helpful during our stay. The breakfast had a nice spread as well. What I did not like is when I checked into my room, it was extremely smelly housekeeping had to come up and spray air freshener. The room also did not get extremely cold so we were hot. We would’ve liked to use the pool, but it did rain during our stay again, the staff there was extremely nice and helpful. The gym equipment did not work."

"The Hotel was clean and nice. The day staff especially Kayla was very good, nice and knowledgeable. I had a problem with the first room she put me in and quickly changed me to another. When checking out, the night manager seemed a little too busy when I went to check out. Overall, it was a nice place and the breakfast was very good."
