I left my AirPods on the nightstand by the bed which I would not have done when they clean the room well we forgot to put the do not disturb sign out and went out. "The property had a strong scent that was a little over -bearing. I had to get my door key re-keyed 4 times. When it happened to my husband, I tried to add him to my account to make sure he could get a key and the front desk person told me that wasn't necessary that he could just ask for a new key for that room number. I felt that was not a very secure way to hand out keys to people. "

"Location is great, just minutes away from shopping and great restaurants. The rooms are very nice with big showers, the lobby has a pool table and ping pong and is set up nicely for relaxing with family. We will stay again! "

"I recommend for a low-key hotel, with great service, hot standard breakfast, and clean rooms. My family and I rented a car, and decided to stay here due to proximity to DFW airport & because it was in the middle of the many cities (Plano, Frisco, Downtown Dallas, Fort Worth, etc). We also needed a room with a sofa/trundle bed, and most hotels all around Dallas did not offer this at a reasonable price.
