"Very pleasant stay"

"It's in a good location for Richard Nixon's Presidential Library and Museum and Old Towne Orange. The driveway takes you a lower level parking and it's a right turn in and out. It's difficult when the traffic is heavy and cars parked on the street. The air conditioner is difficult to set and it didn't cool well. I didn't appreciate a woman following us and just myself asking for a cigarette and because I only had one she wanted to follow me to my room to get one for her (guest or resident?)."

"Our favorite hotel of our two week trip!"

"I stayed here for a recent work trip. With the FIFA World Cup game local, most hotels in the area were unreasonably high. I always stay at a Bon Voy property when available. The Towne Suites was within walking distance of the office I was visiting and located near convenient dining, outside of the main tourist area. Perfect for concentrating at work. The property is on the older side, but is kept up very well for its age and price point. Everything was clean"

"I know I wasn’t going to the Ritz for what I paid, but the rooms were dark and very old smelling/feeling. Location was the best part of this place. But trash cans were overflowing outside by all exits, hallways were dirty at times and the beds had what felt like gauze comforters. Again, I knew I wasn’t getting the best for what I paid but I’ve stayed at other extended stay-type properties and got a lot more for the same price."

"Room is clean and the Hotel front desk staff is nice and helpful. The problem only the noise in our room which is the bathroom sink all night is so loud!"

"The staff was very friendly and allowed us an early check in. Our room was very nice and cozy. Extremely close to the outlets and not far from the stadium. Offered tons to do!"

"This hotel is conveniently located, close enough to walk to Disneyland and easy on and off the Freeway. The property is newer, so it is clean and modern. The staff was friendly and professional. It has all the amenities needed for a 3 to 4 day stay. It is situated right next to the Intersate 5 but you cannot here it at all from your room."

"Hard to find good hotels in LA/OC area. This one is well cared for, comfy beds, great breakfast (helps a lot) and even had a room with 3 beds for us. Great location. We’ll prob be back to this one next time we do Knott’s or Disney. Breakfast from 7-9a is a little limiting. Very friendly staff tho. Well done."

"It was pretty decent. I was expecting a shorter walk to the toy story parking lot. But the gate closet to the hotel was closed our entire trip so we had to walk the extra couple blocks to disneyland. Not the hotels fault for that one. Just something to keep in mind. All was good enough for the price. The elevator broke while we were on it and the windows had bullet holes in them. At least we know it was bullet proof glass 😂"

"The staff are kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and neat. My husband says the maintenance guy was pretty cool telling him what is there to do in the area. I highly recommend this place to stay at. Very close to Disneyland."
