"Room had cockroaches. 3 Staff lined up in front of my door, banging on it, I opened the door and they said I needed to check out and was past my checkout time. I had one more night before checkout. … They all stared at me like I was a criminal. Whispering to each other… one grabbed the phone in the lobby and called down to ask when I was supposed to check out…. He confirmed it was the next day…. They all just walked away and didn’t even apologize…. Low class."
