"fire alarm testing and on during all the 3 day stay. I ask for a late checkout for all tje inconvenience this brought to us and all they gave us was 1 add hour. . Fire alarm defective and sounded several times at 3 am... then requeste to leace hotel... false alarm.. during the day before they were running alarm trst alll day. the day after alarm tests.... staff at the counter very rude."

"Terrible service /host. They kept me on the street for hours upon the day of arriving. The apartment was prepaid for and they did not let me into the unit after hours of the checkin time and with completing the online checkin process. I have proof of it all. They also continued to spam me with constant upselling messages of trying to get me to purchase items and pay for more on the unit outside of Expedia."
