And the staff are so friendly, they held our luggage before check in and after check out. The breakfast was included with the stay and was delicious PLUS included lattes. "This was one of the finest travel experiences my husband and I ever had to be underground yeah. At first we were disappointed because we thought we were going to be in the underground brick bunker room and we weren't we were just in a plain old underground room but when I talked to the staff about it they upgraded us to the most beautiful room I've ever seen with a huge copper bathtub, a four poster bed the most luxurious comfortable place we've ever stayed.
The the food was superb, incredible...

"Was disappointed to find that there was no available gym in the hotel, even though it is advertised as such. The sofa bed in the room was broken, as was the air-conditioning. Staff attempted to fix it but didn’t make a difference. When we visited, there was a pile of mattresses sitting in the lobby. Surely there’s a better way to manage this. We shared our complaints with staff at the hotel but they showed little interest so I hope management will take note "
