"The room is outdated, grubby carpet, creaky floors, you can hear everyone walking above and below you. The noise outside keeps everyone from sleeping. No double glazing. The toilet didnt flush, you had to wait for water to fill up - which took ages.
The location was good and so was the water pressure in the shower. That was it!"

"The room was meant to be soundproof but could hear next door for starters, then we seen it wasn’t a king size bed but two single beds put together which wasn’t very comfortable to say the least. Also two of the rooms I’d say are used for permanent residence. Then passing pedestrians through the night was noisy was irritating to say the least. We couldn’t work the heating system for the room. "
