"Do not get a room will you have a door that joins to another room because if their TV is on or they’re having a conversation you will hear them as if they’re right next to you. Horrible, horrible horrible horrible. The breakfast was pretty nice very nice staff that prepared it…. The pool was very nice. Just be aware of the acoustics you can hear everything upstairs and next-door to you."

"The location of the Hotel and the Staff were super good. The amenities and cleanliness of Hotel not so much. We arrived to the Hotel check in was easy we were greeted and the check in process was easy. On the way to our room the hallway carpet was so wrinkled and dirty needs to be repaired or changed. We walked in our room and it was not so clean the mattress did not fit the bed frame it made horrible noise when we sat on it. The bathroom smelled of urine and could have used a better clean. "The cabanas at the pool and the spa were the best decision we ever made! Angel at the pool bar took such good care of us. And the spa staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Since we had an evening flight out, we even did a cabana at the spa instead of a late check out. Perfect decision. The hot tub at the spa on the last day looked in need of a refresh, so we stuck to the pool. My girlfriend and I felt the facials at the spa were overpriced and were not any better than we have had...

"The lazy river pool was filthy! You couldn’t see your hands underneath the water. The inside of the hotel was well kept but the rooms only had a like warm cooler (not a fridge/ freezer). The AC was locked and set at 70 degrees so it felt muggy. For the price, I wouldn’t recommend this as a stay for a relaxing, refreshing , pool vacation. So unfortunate and so expensive!"

"The place was amazing , the staff was amazing , I would have been perfect until the neighbor dog chased my 3 year old daughter in to room from the patio . She was extremely scared, I have it all on video ,the neighbor walked into my room smelling like cigarettes and didn’t even say sorry. She only said the dog wanted to say hi, I don’t know what the policy is for dogs but this ruined the whole experience."
