"The hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, so many options available. The parking garage made parking convenient and secure. The hotel is perfectly located, many restaurants to choose from and is in close proximity to NRG. Front desk staff were unfriendly and acted agitated and annoyed. With the exception of the front desk staff everything was wonderful. "

"Rooms are really dark. Only 1 bedside lamp (in middle of beds) and one small plug in lap. Just to dark in there. We were in a corner room on the 7th floor. "

"They don't really have a coffee shop much to my dismay. Getting a cup of decaf was a chore and I didn't even want to see what would've happened if I asked for a latte. The service was good and the people were very nice, but you need a coffee shop or stand."

"The room was very clean I would have appreciated more bedding for the pull out couch. We had to go down to the desk to get more. The breakfast was delicious. Lots of options. The first morning we were there it was very very busy and there was no where to sit and lots of food was gone but was refilled eventually. Overall a good experience. "Last Night a staff banged on my door for another valet worker at another hotel, who irresponsibly left his phone inside of my vehicle. Staff mention that I needed to hurry up and find the phone with location said it was at my current hotel. I explain that I had NO knowledge of that and if the phone is in the car he can have his phone. Staff also stated that the worker would threaten to call HPD. "On Expedia shows a certain caliber of reviews and stars for the quality of the hotel and the service just did not match what was promised. The service in general was very slow. Between the valet service and request requesting things from the front desk I always had to call twice.
