"My wife and I stayed at the Post Oak for our anniversary, it was the best of the best. Staff took excellent care of us from before we got there until we left. All amenities were top notch. You had everything you needed at the Post Oak, from coffee shops tonfine dining and everything in between."

"The property was nice and clean, however the staff was not great. The valet was not helpful whatsoever. He stood there and I had to get out of my vehicle to get instructions on parking and where to go. Then when we went into the hotel lobby to check in, the gentleman at the desk was on the phone. We stood there for over 10 minutes while he was on the phone, never being acknowledged. Was very rude and unprofessional."

"Hotel was clean and staff was very kind and welcoming. However the amenities at the hotel were meh. For example, no mini fridge in the room, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Luckily I pack my own but geez it’s an Omni Hotel! We are a family of 4 and there was only sets of 2s, for instance 2 towels, we had to call each night for additional towels and coffee since they only stocked it the first day. It’s also the World Cup, they have a wonderful pool and outside area but it wasn’t staffed....

"The hotel was lovely. Very clean. Great place to work downstairs and have a drink, watch game. However, the listing said there was an EV charger on site and there is not."

"Balcony railing broke on the 26th floor. Window leaked and suitcases were soaked when we went to leave and check out. Used wrong Hilton Honors account. Overall the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!"

"parking was supposed to be $25 but i was charged $50 when i arrived. i asked the front desk lady why i was charged and she tells me its $25 per night. i told her i was only staying one night. she said "oh it's for security" so two completely different things. then hours later i was charged an additional $30 on top of the $50. i go back to the front and i ask a different person about the issue. he says it is $25 but they always tack on an extra $50 "for security" would have been nice to know this...
