"Because of our late arrival and early departure, we didn't have much time to explore. The downside to the stay was my son having to kill a roach in the bathroom at 6 in the morning. I informed the clerk when turning in the keys and all I received was "I'll tell the manager". No compensation. We won't be staying here again."

"When I checked in it took almost 30 mins for the staff member to get me a room as he was unfamiliar with the system. When I finally got into my room it was full of bugs, dirty sheets and towels and the shower was full of scum and left over soap from a previous stay. The staff did provide me with a fresh set but attempted to charge me for me and I needed to explain I didnt even get to put my bags down to notice how dirty they were. "The room was full of cockroaches. sticky floor. Horrible marijuana odor. Shower without hot water, the sink vat had a half hidden part, under the support stone, but that reflected in the mirror, it was possible to see that there was poop in it. The most disgusting thing I've seen in a hotel. I would never recommend this place."
