"Needed a room at the last minute for me and my family and this was a nice hotel. Deidra was great at check-in. Nice and clean and the the room with the extra space was perfect! Lots a space for a family of 5 where we didn’t feel like we were sitting on top of each other. My only complaint is the washer is full of mildew and mold. "This stay was nothing short of amazing. The biggest contribution to my trip was the staff. Literally everyone I encountered from check in, to the cleaning staff, to the maintenance workers in the hall, everyone on the team gave exceptional customer service. That means so much to me, because I don’t see that at all on my frequent travels.
