"staff was friendly, breakfast was excellent, location of hotel is very convenient"

"Nothing"

"It was not clear that this was a “contactless checkin which was a bit confusing. Lovely converted home, extremely well maintained with lots of comfortable shared spaces inside and out."

"⭐ 1 Star — One of the Worst Hotel Stays I’ve Ever Had Absolutely disgusting. The room was filthy, smelled awful, and reeked of cigarette smoke. The grout was dirty, the floors were nasty, and I felt so uncomfortable walking around that I had to wear two pairs of socks just to keep my feet from touching the floor. Reserved a king room and was instead given two full-size beds that were poorly made. The front desk employee working around 7:00 p.m. was completely unhelpful and displayed absolutely...

"Didn’t have breakfast! Other than that it was great!"

"DO NOT STAY please save your money until this place makes some changes. The room was dirty. The lounge chair was brown from dirt and wear. The room smelled like very strong bug spray. I had to sleep with a mask on. Couldn’t sleep under the covers it had stains all over. It was a complete waste"

"The okace had roaches it was very dirty i didnt even stay in the room i left after paying"

"Unfortunately we stayed the night of a football game so all the motels were twice what they usually cost. So . . . I paid $225 to stay in this dump which should, on a regular night cost about $70. This motel is a refugee from the 1970's that has been upgraded with a flat screen TV and WiFi. That's it. The furniture looks like it came from a Good Will thrift store. The only chair in the place was fabric and so dirty you would't want to put your bare skin on it. This was supposedly a no...

"The motel was dirty, Roaches in the room. See pics. Staff was not helpful and would not give me the number to the main headquarters. Instead they told me to look it up online, they also tried to book me for 2 days instead of 1 and would not cancel it, but told me to call the main office instead. I had to demand they give me the number and stay present while i called the main office to cancel the in authorized extra night they booked me for."

"The phone in the room did not work. There was a short in one of the lights that would flicker intermittently. There was NO HOT WATER - cold showers x 2 days. The staff put us in a room close by the interstate so we could hear the traffic all night. The room was not clean and looked dirty. The room was priced $335 for one night because of some annual reunion that a college was having. I looked at the price the following weekend and the room was priced at $69 a night which, in my opinion, is still...

"I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! This is one of the absolute worst places I’ve ever stayed. The TV channels only worked from 3 to 9 and 55 to 60; 80% of the TV channels did not work. The lobby area smells like an ashtray. The security cameras are held together with blue painters tape. There are no elevators so if you go to the second floor, you will have to walk up the stairs. The hot water in the shower only gets like warm. Our exterior window was held together by clear packing tape. The ice machine...

"No iron board."
