The location is amazing but the staff made this stay exceptional during an event stay we had booked. Not just the front desk, the bellman was great, every one of the housekeeping staff engaged our party and was so welcoming and even the porter was friendly. Hotel Hot Springs does hospitality right.

Wonderful will stay again! Got a great rate there’s a restaurant and bar and you get 1 free drink with your stay. I hear the fries are fantastic. View is good as well and you can get free parking or pay to be in a garage. They have a shuttle that will take you to town but I walked

This hotel is extremely comfortable to stay at — very clean and everything feels brand new. The front desk staff is wonderful, both in the morning and at night. The bar staff is also amazing — very attentive and friendly. The food we ordered was perfect. Overall, the hotel is excellent. I highly recommend it anytime, as it has everything you need and provides fast, high-quality service. Even the staff who help with luggage at the car are very kind. Honestly, everyone at the hotel is incredibly friendly.
