"This hotel has been going for a refurbishment recently But it is still nice and clean. I’m sure what to refer it meant is completed it be even better they could do with a fridge and maybe a microwave in the room and also a hairdryer."

"The last few times i have stayed it rakes a while to check in as no one is maning the reception. You have to wait for someone from the bar to see you or when you press the bell to come over when they are not serving customers. There are peopke sitting around you shile your waiting to check in, which is awward as you have your bags and feel in the way.
