"Not great. The AC was not cooling the room. Seemed very damp."

"There was a fan constantly running in the bathroom. The shower defaulted to the hand held unit so that when the water was turned on it sprayed all over the place until you could grab it. The shower curtain was placed outside the boundaries of the shower and it was a flat pan so there was nothing to stop the water from running all over the bathroom floor. There was no microwave, no coffee pot, no ice bucket or ice maker and no clock. Valet parking was 80.00 a night ,after all the taxes and service fees were added. We had to call downstairs to get ice delivered to the room. There was no breakfast included. If you wanted to eat in the hotel (to get around extra valet charges,) Junies was the only choice. Junies restaurant had no ice tea or Dr Pepper products. The menu was very limited and over priced for what was delivered. This is a beautiful hotel with serious underlying issues."
