"Tolles Zimmer und Hotel! Wellnesbereich ist ein praktischer Zusatz, das Wasser war jedoch ein wenig zu kalt und der Weg dorthin war etwas lange. Das Personal, die Sauberkeit usw. wiegen das jedoch auf, zumal wir nur am Anreisetag dort waren, da in der restlichen Zeit die Erkundung der Stadt am Programm stand! :)"

"I've given 5 stars because the whole place is brand new and exceptional staff. However there are a few teething problems. First one is there's no plug for the sink. We asked at reception only to be told 'we don't supply plugs'. So my husband wet shaved in running water and he felt this was a waste of water. I suppose in this age it's not really environmentally friendly. We did think it was odd no plugs though!! There are hooks in the bathroom, but nowhere near where you open the shower door, so...

"Dear Hilton London Tower Bridge, my partner and I had the pleasure of staying at your wonderful hotel on Friday 06/02/26. This was a rare night away for us, without the kids, and we had the perfect stay. I want to give a special 'thank you' to Aneta who checked us in.
