"Excelente hotel! Não tem café da manhã no hotel, nem mesmo pagado, mas tem cozinha completa e restaurante com café da manhã em frente ao hotel. A lavanderia disponível (com custo baixo) é excelente para lavarmos nossas roupas. Ótima localização para central park e bem próximo do metrô para Ir à qualquer lugar. "The staff was amazing! The first night we got in very late and stayed in a lovely room but it was on a lower floor. I asked if we could get a room on a higher floor and they upgraded us to a beautiful 2 bedroom suite on the 26th floor. It was incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The whole time the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We loved it!"

The people at the front desk continually bent over backwards to help me and my wife.
