In this day and age, where no one seems to understand the meaning of Customer Service, they were exceptional. As a sidelight, the food there is exceptional, including breakfast. If I’m in Auburn Hills again, I will stay there. "

"We came here for a concert and booked the room months before hand. And it was a good thing. The staff said they were booked the day before and booked the day we were there. We couldnt get our room till 4 pm ,cause they were still cleaning rooms, but the staff was very nice the whole time. The room was awsome. Just about spic and span cleanliness. The hotel is just down the road from the mall and other places, so great area if youre wanting to shop. And it was only a few minutes from the pine...
