"Staff was very friendly, felt very safe and property was well lit! Pool was hot, I wondered about the filtering system or do they pump fresh water in idk! I did not receive daily room service. Not sure why so I had to get extra towels and coffee from front desk. If I would have asked they probably would have corrected it. I would stay again !!"

"Older interior in the room. Walls needed painting and floors needed updating, and tv was an old 32” LCD TV, which would’ve been fine except the World Cup was on. Staff was nice and helpful. If you’re looking for a deal this is a “good” hotel for it."

"The room was very clean. The beach view was great! Great service in the restaurant’s. I was given a great drink while waiting for my take out order. Very nice and felt special. The food is exceptional at all of the restaurants. And room service. The only complaint is the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Especially the pillows. Great stay otherwise!"

"Everything was nice I saw there was no diversity in your staff everybody was white or white presenting in the restaurant we had to get a manager because we sat in the restaurant and were ignored by staff finally got some mediocre help from a staff that seemed irritated by our presence get some diversity in your hotel"

"I liked that it was clean and modernized. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping could have came to bring more fresh towels/ clean the room more often, but when asked they came right away. I would come back! Nice area and good service overall."
