"Unfortunately, there was nobody to contact for immediate help (as is standard with a normal hotel). This became a big problem for us on the last two days of our stay when the plumbing in the shower failed and we could only get scalding hot water out of the shower. We hadn't encountered this problem in prior days and we didn't receive a response from the property manager (who had responded quickly to our earlier requests for more toilet paper) until we were already checked out of the...

"This is an absolutely prime location to see Edinburgh for the first time. It’s a 3 minute walk from the drop off and pick up for the Airlink shuttle stop which is cheap and easy to get to and from the airport. Then you’re right on royal mile with quick walks to all the sights. The staff was super kind and helpful and the room was spacious and clean."

"This was the PERFECT location and setup for us as a family of four with two kids (young enough to sleep together on a pull out couch). It was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. We could have used a fan a few times since we were there during a heat wave, but that was the only issue!"
