Hotel Dekat The Carousel at Pottstown

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!! The "smoke free" room clearly was not smoke free. When I tried to get another room that was smoke free I was informed it would cost another 125 dollars per night. I had a two night stay. I did not stay the second night and was not refunded any money because that is their policy although it is not their policy to provide smoke free rooms despite the false advertising. "The room key didnt work. The front desk guy said it was because i didnt do it right and he thought i knew because im young(im 44). The pillow cases were dirty. The bathroom door had 0 chance of shutting and it was clearly a problem that was ignored. Other than that it was just great lol "
