"Windsong was great. The staff was stellar. Very kind and helpful. Everything is very clean. The beach is nice. The reef amazing. Food is ok. Everything feels new . Only negative is that although the living room has black out curtains, the bedroom doesn’t. Plenty of chairs at the pool and on the beach at this time of year."

breathtaking. Ocean is so clean and we were swimming with different colored fish.
Special thanks to property manager Nicola, she helped us with changing our reservation to better accommodate my husband needs who is disabled.
Worked out perfect!

"The shuttle service itself was fine, but the experience with the driver could definitely be improved. He was not very welcoming, seemed impolite at times, and was not particularly helpful during the ride. A friendlier attitude and better customer service would make passengers feel much more comfortable. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to help improve the experience for future customers."

"You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant...

"Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!"

"I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment.

"My friends and family had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel was peaceful and intimate. The staff were all very pleasant and supportive . Hats off to Meshell Especially .She was awesome. She made sure all our needs were met and made us feel at home.
The rooms were very clean, and lastly, the ocean was breathtaking. It was the most beautiful I have ever seen.

"Everything about Ellipse was amazing! I wish I had more time! The property and room was absolutely pristine!!! Cleanest room I have ever had. And the decor was everything. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. My room was even ready and they allowed me to check in before 12. Cutest market and shop Caribbean outpost there on the property. Can’t wait to return!"
