"The rooms desperately need an upgrade. The gym has been renovated and is amazing but the rooms themselves were far from what you'd expect from a fairmont. The check in process was also extremely slow. The staff overall however was kind and the bars/food was good! I'm not sure I'd stay again due to the rooms - the wifi was also extremely slow. Overall I'd give it a 6/10"

"Great location, huge room!! Most comfortable bed and pillows slept amazingly
Front desk helpful and extended our parking. Breakfast was ok, wonderful servers.
The only negative, I know it’s hard to quickly turn a room around , but small things make a huge difference.
Our sofa was literally disgusting, stains everywhere some old some fresh.
I would stay here again"

"the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold.
furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen...
