"The location was great but the AC wasn’t working the entire first night in my room. They sent a tech up who said it was an issue in the whole building. It was 75 in the room all night and extremely hot. When I inquired in the morning at the front desk, there was zero apology, zero accountability. The fix was to change rooms, yet this was a hotel wide issue. I was stunned at the lack of customer service or care for someone staying four nights."

"I can't really comment on the hotel itself as I couldnt get checked in due to lacking a card (despite having already paid for the booking). I've never been treated more disrespectfully in many years of traveling as I was by this hotel. Because of them I had to sleep at the airport as a solo female traveller. Absolutely atrocious way to treat anyone, let alone a guest."

"Absolutely would recommend if you want to be in this part of Toronto. Lots of places to eat and get groceries. Room has microwave and fridge. The water pressure is terrible. Non smoking floor but could smell smoke in the bathroom fan from another room (assuming). Room is dark. Even with lamps it just is very dim light. However bed is huge and comfortable. Great layout. Big bathroom. Desk and couch with side table all really useful for my business trip. Printer in the lobby for use and the buffet breakfast is lovely. Hotel is bright and modern and I would stay again."
