"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kobi Onsen. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and clean. The onsen is wonderful. The food at the hotel is excellent. Nothing is lacking. The garden and carp pond, the café—everything is lovingly designed. I would particularly like to praise the friendly and attentive staff. We would book this hotel again in a heartbeat and can recommend it to anyone with a clear conscience."

The staff was so helpful and cooked an amazing breakfast of anything you wanted. They helped us book a cheap/reputable motorbike rental to hoi an and gave good local tips. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had cleaners come in everyday to make the bed and replace towels. It's in the heart of a very touristy part of the city, so you get a lot of people coming up to you to try to sell you things when walking around, but other than that had a great stay here."
