We got a really big room and the location was good. Especially regarding how cheap the hotel was it was god value. The bed might be a bit too hard for me though.

Location Great, many restaurants, massage places, shopping within 2-5 minutes walk. Great river view from room. Very friendly, helpful staff. Particularly Nhu, she recommended and booked excellent hue city tour, fixed TV and refrigerator problems and booked train tickets. Room was quiet, bed comfortable air-condition worked well. No major bathroom issues. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely consider to stay in future.

Wonderful stay! Great staff!

This was a fabulous hotel to stay during our stay at Hue. We loved our Deluxe studio. Had lots of space and the bed was great. I can't say enough of the staff! They were so helpful and friendly. This is in a great location...about a 7-10 minute walk to walking Street and 5-10 min walk to the river. A nice quiet location, yet close enough to all the action. I can highly recommend this place.

It’s a first hotel in my trip to Vietnam this time. I have to say it grew on me. Convenience is the word and it’s very close to the Centre and city of Hue. The restaurants & bar are great in this areas and reasonably priced. I extended my stay here for a couple more days. Staff is polite and responsive.

The room was a river-view type, big enough and perfectly cleaned up. So my 3 weeks stay was comfortable. Two problems: #1 Hot water was never available even with the hot water supply button was on. #2 Breakfast was never ready on time, so I had to pass it a few times in order to be on time for my business meetings in the city. When the meal was ready on time, then no hot coffee was in the bottles. Hotel staff were all very kind and friendly. They were just not very well trained.

Usually don’t leave reviews like this but even though the staff was nice, got really disappointed by the space. Online pictures look really nice, yet once in the room it’s totally different. Place looks old. We had 2 connecting rooms with 2 bathrooms. One shower head was obviously broken and the staff told us the water wasn’t coming through because too many people were probably using the water at the same time.. so we only were able to use one. There were dust on all the furniture. Towels just need to be replaced at this point. Water in the shower was cold the next morning.

Online photos are misleading

- bedroom light stayed on all night, unless key was removed from electrical holder. A/c doesn’t work without key engaged. Had to sleep on couch to get away from light. It was a simple fix but ruined a nights sleep - refrigerator was unplugged by staff to defrost it. Water leaked into wood cabinet and floor. - bathroom smelled of sewage - a/c smelled musty - rugs and finishes throughout were dirty and neglected -staff was pleasant but disorganized - lack of cleanliness of entry mats outside and inside - curtains had stains and mold where someone opened them with dirty hands - confusing, delayed check in process

The room was nice, clean and roomy and though location is on inner narrow street. I did not sleep the first night hearing the roosters crowing noise from 3am but 2nd night was OK as maybe the chickens woke up late, lols. The staff were pretty good and helpful.

２月に3泊4日で滞在しました。常に親切に対応して頂き、とても心地良い旅ができました。 また、個人で申し込んだツアーでピックアップして貰えなかったトラブルがおきました。 その時もフロントの方が業者の方とやり取りをしてくれました。旅行の日程の都合で日にちを変えてツアーに参加する事はできませんでした。しかし、ツアー料金の返金手続きをしてもらいました。ベトナム語が話せないので、間にはいって話して貰えたのは大変助かりました。ありがとうございました。 他にも常に困ってる事はないですか？聞いて頂けて安心して旅行を楽しむ事ができました。 お部屋もとても広くて快適に過ごせました。 ホテルスタッフの方々、本当にありがとうございました。また泊まりに行きたいです。
