"I have been travelling in South East Asia for 2 months and I can honestly say that this was one of the most pleasant places I’ve stayed, particularly given the amazingly good price and the incredible location right next to the entrance to the Imperial City. The hotel is modern, the room is spotless and smells nice, the staff are nice and helpful, the furnishings are new, the TV, shower and AC work well, it’s quiet and breakfast is provided (good coffee!). "

"Nga will take good care of you and provides a nice breakfast in the Inn's guest dining room. She is very friendly and helpful. Tuan and Hoang Hien are both friendly, accommodating and work hard to take care of guests. In the past, I have needed a car for the airport and they will take care of that. "

"The staff was very helpful and kind. Included breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is historic and shows its age in some ways, but is clean and pleasant and charming. The massage I had at the spa was a delight and very reasonably priced the pool area is very pleasant and has room for choice between sunny and shaded areas. The garden view was pleasant but I'm sure it was better before Hue Times Square was built. Very convenient location, easy enough to walk if you arrive by train. The Perfume River is mere meters away. Truly one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at."
